4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the fault persists, replace by
following instructions in
Replacing a Smoke Detector
(Standard).
1. Check cables connected to the
fire alarm control panel. If a
short circuit or open circuit is
identified, reconnect the cables.
2. If the fire alarm horn/strobe does
not react, replace by following
instructions in
6.4.5 Replacing
an External Horn Strobe
(Standard)

6.4.4 Replacing an
Indoor Fire Alarm Horn/Strobe
(Standard).
Replace damaged sampling pipes,
and apply glue where pipes are not
well sealed.
