Procedure
Step 1 Remove the four screws on the baffle plate using an adjustable wrench, and remove the baffle
plate.

Step 2 Remove screws securing the card reader, remove connectors of the card reader, and take out
the card reader.
Step 3 Replace the card reader and reinstall the terminal block.
Step 4 Reinstall the baffle plate and tighten screws.
Step 5 Configure the card reader by referring to the management system initial configuration table.
Step 6 Check that the new card reader is working properly.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed card reader that is confirmed faulty.
Issue 02 (2017-01-10)
The access card reader is working properly if the container door can be opened from outside the
container using an access card and door opening operations are logged in the monitoring system.
