Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cables from the faulty thermal relay, loosen the screws on the contactor
connected to the thermal relay, and remove the faulty relay.
Step 4 Install the new relay on the contactor, tighten the screws, and install the cables.
Step 5 Close the door of the electric control box.
Step 6 Power on the device and tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running
normally without any alarms.

6.5.14 Replacing the T/H Sensor

Prerequisites
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the controller home screen.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Remove the air filter of fresh air inlet side port.
Step 3 Disconnect the cable from the T/H sensor.
Step 4 Slide and remove the T/H sensor.
Step 5 Install a new T/H sensor and reconnect the cable.
Issue 02 (2019-10-10)
The T/H sensor needs to be replaced.
A spare T/H sensor of the same model is available and functional.
Tool: Phillips screwdriver, scissors
The equipment has two T/H sensors, located on the fresh air side and return air side. This
chapter takes the replacement of the fresh air T/H sensor as an example to introduce the
replacement
method.
