Symptom

The air volume is
excessively large.
The motor is burnt.
The running sound
is abnormal.
The compressor
does not work.
The compressor
discharge
temperature is too
high.
The compressor
discharge pressure is
too low.
Issue 02 (2019-10-10)
Possible Cause
The fan fan blade is interfered
with the shell.
The return air damper is shaking.
There are foreign matters.
The external static pressure is
excessively small (the air duct is
excessively short).
The rotational speed is too high.
The motor is overloaded.
The motor specifications do not
meet the requirements (voltage).
The motor is poorly insulated.
The compressor, fan, or pipes are
loose.
The high pressure switch is
triggered.
The circuit breaker, fuse, or cable
is disconnected.
The compressor motor is
damaged.
The compressor does not require
starting.
The drive is faulty.
The refrigerant loop or component
is blocked.
Air enters the refrigerant loop.
Heat dissipation is poor because
the condenser is dirty or blocked.
The exhaust fan fails.
The refrigerant is insufficient.
The exhaust fan speed controller
fails.

6 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
Adjust the fan blade.
Adjust the return air damper.
Clear the foreign matters.
Rebalance the air volume and
air pressure.
Adjust the voltage again.
Balance the air volume and
replace the motor.
Replace the motor.
Replace the motor.
Check and secure loose parts.
Check the high pressure
switch.
Check the main circuit
breaker, compressor circuit
breaker, fuses, and cables.
Check whether the motor is
damaged and needs replacing.
Check for the requirement
status on the LCD.
Replace the drive.
Clean foreign matters from the
refrigerant loop.
Exhaust air and repair the
pipeline.
Clean the condenser fins.
Check whether the exhaust fan
works properly.
Charge more refrigerant.
