Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cables from the faulty relay, unclamp the buckle at the relay installation box, and
remove the faulty relay.
Step 4 Insert the new relay into the relay installation box in the correct direction, clamp the buckle at
the new relay, and install the cable.
Step 5 Close the door of the electric control box.
Step 6 Power on the device and tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running
normally without any alarms.

6.5.12 Replacing the Fuse

Prerequisites



Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Locate the fuse to be replaced, open the blade fuse holder, and remove the faulty fuse using a
flat-head screwdriver.
Step 4 Install a new fuse and turn on the fuse holder.
Step 5 Close the door of the electric control box.
Step 6 Power on the device, and ensure that the device works properly without alarms.
