Step 5 Remove the screws on the top cover of the differential pressure switch and cable screws using
a Phillips screwdriver, and remove the cables, as shown by (2) in
Step 6 Remove the four screws using a Phillips screwdriver, and remove the differential pressure
switch, as shown by (3) in
Step 7 Set the pressure to 250 Pa for the new differential pressure switch.

Step 8 Install a new differential pressure switch, install the pressure inlet tube, and connect cables.
Step 9 Install the air filter.
Step 10 Power on the device and tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running
normally without any alarms.

6.5.4 Replacing the Compressor

The compressor needs to be replaced.
A spare compressor of the same model is available and functional.
The compressor must be replaced with the dry filter.
Recommended materials: Phillips screwdriver, two 45# adjustable wrenches, 45# and
50# torque wrenches, 13# and 30# solid wrenches or socket wrenches, new compressor,
dryer filter, refrigerant reclaiming devices, refrigerant charging devices, R410A
refrigerant
