The output status of an AND diagram is 1 if all the inputs are at 1
The figure to the left represents a ladder diagram AND operation. The number of contacts,
which may be placed in series, is limited by the size of the editor.
The figure to the right represents the same function with a function block. The maximum
number of inputs on the AND function block is 128.

If the number of inputs to an AND is greater than the editor limit an internal variable can be
used as a relay or a second AND function can be used.
