7. Using an appropriate tool, depress the axle on the opposite end of the roller.
8. Lower the end of the roller into position so the axle aligns with the hex hole, allowing
the axle to spring back into place.
9. Reconnect the air supply before operating the conveyor.
10. Remove tagout/lockout and turn on the power and air supply to the conveyor section.

Photo-Eye Removal and Installation

Before performing any maintenance services, follow the Lockout/Tagout procedure
in the Safety Instruction chapter to ensure the equipment is safe to work on.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury and/or
machine damage.

4.4.1 Photo-Eye Indicator Lights

There are two colored LED's in the photo-eyes:

Green - Power. When lit, indicates the photo-eye is powered. If not lit, check
power supply.

Amber - Alignment. When lit steadily, indicates the photo-eye is properly aligned
and detecting the reflector. When flashing, check to make sure the photo-eye is
correctly aligned and the reflector is clean.
