Electrical power shut off or
control circuit NOT
energized.
System control devices
(photo-cells, limit switches,
etc.) out of adjustment or
defective.
Motor overload open.
Photo-cell or other control
device(s) actuated or
defective.
Emergency stop actuated.
Power or component failure
at system control center.
Motor overload open.
Mounting bolts are loose.
Defective unit.
Insufficient lubrication.
Roller obstruction.
Photo-eye not aligned.
Dirty rollers and/or urethane
drive pad.
Insufficient air supply.
Driver pad worn.

Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Check that the system
control panel(s) are
energized. Check the motor
disconnect switch is on.
Check that emergency stop
devices are not activated.
Adjust or replace.
Check conveyor drive
system and overload sizing
before resetting.
Check for obstruction of
control device: remove
obstruction or replace
control device if defective.
Correct conditions and
reset in accordance with
control logic.
Consult vendor data for
corrective action.
Check conveyor drive
system and overload sizing
before resetting.
Tighten the mounting bolts.
Replace the unit.
Check oil level and add if
necessary.
Remove obstruction and
inspect roller for damage.
Adjust the photo-eye as
required.
Clean rolls and/or driver
thoroughly using (409) or
similar household cleaner.
Check the regulator setting.
