4.4.9.2. ASSEMBLING

1. Assemble by reversing the disassembly procedure.
2. Apply Makita grease FA. No.2 to the specified position. (See
3. Be careful to check the following points:
• Assemble Turn base complete (173) to Base complete (194) while pushing down Lock lever (184). (See
• Tighten M8-13 Hex lock nut (165) so that Turn base complete (173) can move smoothly without wobbling.

1. Remove three M6x25 H.S. bolts with WG (115), then
remove Guide fence (114).
2. Remove four Bind CT 4x12 tapping screws (169 or 170),
then remove two Kerf boards (171 or 172).
3. Remove M8-13 Hex lock nut (165) with Socket wrench
13 and separate Turn base complete (173) from Base
complete (194) while pushing down Lock lever (184).
Note: Turn base complete (173) can be removed without
removing Blade case section.
