A-4. CPU Circuit Board
(Time required: About 7 minutes)
A-4-1. Open the control panel U5 assembly and secure with
the service stays. (See procedure 1)
A-4-2. Remove the four (4) screws marked [1010]. The CPU
circuit board can then be removed. (Photo 11)
* IC204 on CPU circuit board: MRAM (Magneto resistive
Random Access Memory) is a storage element using
magnetism. Keep any magnetic item such as a screwdriver
away from it as the magnetic force of such item may cause
damage to the data of IC204 and the IC itself.
* MAC (Media Access Control) address is stored in the
CPU circuit board. If the CPU circuit board is replaced,
MAC address will be changed.
A-5. FX Circuit Board
(Time required: About 7 minutes)
A-5-1. Open the control panel U5 assembly and secure with
the service stays. (See procedure 1)
A-5-2. Remove the four (4) screws marked [1030]. The FX
circuit board can then be removed. (Photo 11)

A-4-1. コンパネ U5 Ass y を開けて、サービスステイで固
定します。 （1 項参照）
A-4-2. [1010] のネジ 4 本を外して、 CPU シートを外します。

※ CPU シートの IC204：MRAM （Magneto resistive Random
Access Memory：磁気抵抗ランダム・アクセス・メモリー）
は、磁気を利用した記憶素子の為、ドライバーなど磁気を
帯びたものを近づけないでください。IC204 のデータや IC
自身が壊れる恐れがあります。
※ CPU シートには、MAC (Media Access Control) アドレ
スが設定されています。CPU シートを交換すると、MAC
アドレスが変更されます。

A-5-1. コンパネ U5 Ass y を開けて、サービスステイで固
定します。 （1 項参照）
A-5-2. [1030] のネジ 4 本を外して、FX シートを外します。
