digits) of pages that can be scanned by
the registered Department ID using
(numeric keys) ➞ press [OK].

The Black Scan Limit is set.

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <Color Scan
Limit> ➞ press [OK].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <On> ➞ press
[OK].
If you do not want to set a page limit
restriction for color scans, select <Off>.
