Remove a screw from the front cooling fan, then remove the front cooling fan.

Route the 4-pin connector side of USB interface cable around the internal USB floppy
disk drive. See the figure below.
NOTE:
drive has been installed in the server, use the interface cable for internal
USB floppy disk drive stored in the chassis. Do not use an interface
cable that comes with the floppy disk drive.
