Copying Key Parameters to the AMAX Panel
Copy the programming data of the programming key into the alarm center.

LED / Icon LCD keypad can also be used to copy key parameters to the AMAX panel. For more
information refer to Command 963 .

Select text keypad installation menu [ADDRESS / KEY PROGR – COPY DATA TO KEY] and
Press [#]. After successfully copying the programming data of the AMAX panel to the
programming key, the confirmation tone will be sound. Wrong prompt tone and display of
[Failure of AMAX Panel Parameters to Key] indicate damage of programming key data. The
data needs to be copied into the programming key again.
Unplug the programming key from the AMAX panel.
LED / Icon LCD keypad can also be used to copy the AMAX panel parameters to key
parameters. See Command 962.
Connect the programming key to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) plug of the AMAX panel.
Please note that the direction of the programming key should be consistent with the
direction marked on the PCB.
Select text keypad installation menu [ADDRESS / KEY PROGRAM – COPY DATA TO
PANEL] and Press [#]. After successfully copying the programming data in the
programming key to the AMAX panel, the confirmation tone will sound. Wrong prompt
tone and display of [Failure of Key Parameters to AMAX Panel] indicate damage of
programming key data. The data need to be copied into the AMAX panel again.
Unplug the programming key from the AMAX panel.
