from the videoconferencing
network.

12 Troubleshooting
Solution
Choose Advanced Settings >
Settings > Network > Firewall
and verify the NAT settings.
Choose Advanced Settings >
Settings > Network > IP > H.323
at the local and remote sites
respectively, and disable the GK.
On the endpoint web interface,
choose Advanced Settings >
Settings > Network > IP > H.323
and correct the settings.
Contact the videoconferencing
system administrator to check
whether another site with the same
number as the local site has
already been registered with the
GK. If such a site exists, change
the user name of the local site.
Access the Line Status screen and
check whether the IP network
connection is broken. If it is
broken, verify the IP network
settings. Ensure that the IP
network cable is connected
properly.
Choose Advanced Settings >
Settings > Network > Firewall
and verify the NAT settings.
Contact the videoconferencing
system administrator to solve the
problem.
Check the network and rectify
relevant faults.
