Performing Radio Tests

The radio's menu system contains several tools useful for testing the RF
performance of the unit. A key menu for this function is the Radio Test
Menu (Figure 62). It provides a way to key (activate) the transmitter,
measure power output, run a spectrum test, and enable the built-in RTU
simulator.
The Radio Performance Menu (Figure 27 on Page 37) should also be
checked when running radio tests. It provides important information on
signal quality, DC input voltage, and internal operating temperature of
the radio.
