13. Rotate the retaining latches to seat the processor module firmly in the
connector.
14. Ensure the retaining latches are closed.
In the closed position, the latches should grab the rails on either side of the
processor cage while pressing the processor into the slot, but there is no
noticeable click when this occurs. See Figure 7-9.
