Assembling the VPT300

Prepare the VPT300, camera spacer, cables, and screws based on the

a. Place the VPT300 base on a flat
tabletop.
b. Remove the covers.
c. Insert the location dowel of the sound
pickup pole into the location hole at the
center of the base.
If you have to place the VPT300 on an
inclined surface, make sure that the
incline does not exceed 15 degrees so
that the VPC600 PTZ functions properly.
d. Rotate the bottom end of the sound pickup
pole clockwise to align its location marker
(white point) with that on the base.
After installing the sound pickup pole,
remove the protective film from the base.
2 Install two VPC600s on the VPT300
base.
a. Insert the two location dowels on the
bottom of the VPC600 into the location
holes on the base.
b. Push the VPC600 to snug its fixing
plate against the base and align the
holes.
c. Tighten the screws.
Recommended screw torque ≤ 0.54 N.m
d. Install the other VPC600 in the same
way.
