6 Unpacking the Box and Checking the Items in It

Checking the Box Before Unpacking It
CAUTION
When taking the display out, it is recommended that you hold the covers on sides of the display. The
display may be broken if you directly press your fingers on the screen.
Lift the display as shown:
If the display is damaged, fill in the table below and take photos.

Evidence and description:
Device: label photo with a clear SN, panoramic and close-up photos of the device that is powered off, and panoramic and

close-up photos of the device that is powered on.
 Protection foam: panoramic photo of foam corresponding to the broken part of the screen
If protection foam is broken, provide close-up photos of the broken foam (including the fixture foam at the top and bottom
and protection foam on the left and right).
Paper carton: label photo with a clear SN (both Huawei label or original maker label are needed), photos of six faces, and

close-up photos of the carton corresponding to the broken part of the screen.
Wooden carton: label photo, photos of five faces, close-up photos of the carton corresponding to the broken part of the

screen, and close-up photos of the anti-toppling labels.
