What to do
Check mechanical brake connec-
tion.
Check mechanical brake settings in
parameter group 44 Mechanical
brake control.
Check that acknowledgment signal
matches the actual status of brake.
Check the status of fieldbus com-
munication and cable connections.
Check the status of the fieldbus
master and cable connections to
the EIA-485/X5 terminals 29, 30 and
31 on the control unit.
Check PC tool or control panel con-
nection. Disconnect and reconnect
the control panel.
Replace the drive cooling fan. Para-
meter 05.04 Fan on-time counter
shows the running time of the
cooling fan.
Check the signal level, input wiring,
and the defined limits.
0003 – AI2 less minimum
0004 – AI2 greater maximum
Change the control board or stop
using the relay output.
