Cause
Voltage category is not
defined.
System time is not set.
The user lock is open, ie.
user lock configuration
parameters
96.100...96.102 are visible.
New pass code is entered
in parameter 96.100 and
not confirmed in 96.101.
PLC requested functional-
ity is not activated.
Current/voltage hardware
setting of an analog input
does not correspond to
parameter settings.
User load curve configura-
tion error.
Speed points inconsist-
ent.
Underload point above
overload point.
Overload point below un-
derload point.
Mechanical brake control
warning.
What to do
Set voltage category in parameter
95.01 Supply voltage.
Close the user lock by entering an
invalid pass code in parameter
96.02 Pass code.
Confirm the new pass code by en-
tering the same code in 96.101.
Check PLC programming.
Adjust the hardware setting on the
drive control unit or the parameter
12.15/12.25.
Check the auxiliary code (format
XXXX ZZZZ). "ZZZZ" indicates the
problem (see actions for each code
below).
Check that each speed point (para-
meters 37.11...37.15) has a higher
value than the previous point.
Check that each overload point
(37.31...37.35) has a higher value
than the corresponding underload
point (37.21...37.25).
Check mechanical brake connec-
tion. Check mechanical brake set-
tings in parameter group 44 Mech-
