27 Troubleshooting
E659 Cause:
The selected font does not support bold marking.
Remedy:
• The ORG4 font cannot be used for bold marking.
• Use the Font Maker software to create the required font.
E660 Cause:
Bold marking is not possible due to the set combination of bold line
width, character height and character width.
Remedy:
• Set the line width of the bold character to a half or below of the
character height and width.
• When marking a bold character, the ratio between character height
and width should be 1/10 to 10.
E661
Cause:
The marking data exceed the memory capacity of the marking file.
Remedy:
• Reduce the number of characters and segments in the graphic data.
• Reduce the number of characters and start/end points of the graphic
data.
• Reduce the number of step & repeat markings.
• Split long segments into shorter segments.
E662 Cause:
The number of step & repeat markings exceeds the limit.
Remedy:
• Reduce the number of steps in your step & repeat object (max.
10000).
