E400 Cause:
Interlock input 1 is open.
Remedy:
• Connect the INTERLOCK 1 inputs on the TERMINAL connector.
• Check the status of the safeguards connected to the interlock
terminals.
• Check the operation logic of the connected device.
• If you want to deactivate this alarm when the shutter is closed, set
"Deactivate while shutter closed" in "System settings" > "Operation/
information" > "INTERLOCK alarm detection".
• LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV: If the error persists even if the interlock
terminals are connected properly, replace the INTERLOCK contactor.

E401
Cause:
Interlock input 2 is open.
Remedy:
• Connect the INTERLOCK 2 inputs on the TERMINAL connector.
• Check the status of the safeguards connected to the interlock
terminals.
• Check the operation logic of the connected device.
• If you want to deactivate this alarm when the shutter is closed, set
"Deactivate while shutter closed" in "System settings" > "Operation/
information" > "INTERLOCK alarm detection".
• LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV: If the error persists even if the interlock
terminals are connected properly, replace the INTERLOCK contactor.

E402, E403 Cause:
The laser stop input is open.
Remedy:
• Connect the LASER STOP IN inputs on the TERMINAL connector.
• Check the status of the safeguards connected to the LASER STOP
IN inputs.
• Check the operation logic of the connected device.
• Connect the internal or external power supply to IN COM. 1 (X2) and
OUT COM.1 (Y2) on the TERMINAL connector.
