Cause:
File switching by code reader failed. (Applies to the linking of image

Remedy:
•
Make sure the file name in the code data exactly matches the name
of the marking file in the laser marking system.
•
To switch the marking file by number, always specify a 4-digit value in
the code data.
•
If the specified marking file does not contain any marking data,
make the desired settings and overwrite the file in the laser marking
system.

TRIGGER IN (X5) turned off before the minimum number of scans was
reached.
Remedy:
•
Check the on/off control of the TRIGGER IN (X5) terminal on the
TERMINAL connector.
•
If the TRIGGER IN (X5) terminal turns on and off properly, change the
number of minimum scans in the file settings.

The lasing process stopped because the maximum number of scans was
reached.
Remedy:
•
Check the on/off control of the TRIGGER IN terminal on the
TERMINAL connector.
•
If TRIGGER IN turns on and off properly, change the number of
