Maintenance Guide
Before removing the panel, wear protective gloves to prevent cuts.
Step 3 Remove the screws securing the air filter closely attached to the bottom of the evaporator
using a Phillips screwdriver.
Step 4 Remove the faulty air filter and install a new one.
Step 5 Tighten screws in the same way.
Step 6 Reinstall the front panel.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed air filter that is confirmed faulty.

5.2.1.2 Replacing an Air Damper

Prerequisites


Impact on the System
The fresh air integrated unit is powered off, the temperature inside the container may become
too high, affecting device operation.
Preparations
Tools: Phillips screwdriver
Material: spare air damper
Documents: none
Skill requirement: common technician
Procedure
Step 1 Open the air damper baffle plate on the right side of the fresh air integrated unit.


Step 2 Press the latch shown by (1) in Figure 5-6 to loosen the air damper.
Issue 01 (2019-02-25)
An air damper needs to be replaced.
A spare air damper of the same model is available and functional.
Verify that the power supply is disconnected before the operation.
Before replacing the air damper for the fresh air integrated unit at the PDC side, you need
to remove the screws, and move the fresh air integrated unit leftwards to make room for
replacing the air damper.
