Possible Cause
The compressor
does not work or is
not working
efficiently.
The indoor
temperature is too
low.
The parameter is set
to an inappropriate
value.
The heater is not
working.
The control system
is not working
properly.
The heat loss is
higher than
expected.
The storage device
is faulty.
The suction pressure
or discharge
pressure of the
compressor is too
high.
The suction pressure
or discharge
pressure of the
compressor is too
low.
The fan is not
working.
No power supply is
available or the
input voltage is too
low.
The power cable is
in poor contact.
4 Alarms and Faults
Operation
Contact Huawei
technical support.
Measure the indoor
ambient
temperature.
Check the
environment
setpoints.
Check the power
circuit of the heater.
Check the control
system operating
status.
Check the heat loss,
and verify whether
the indoor
environment is
properly sealed.
Reset to the default
value and set the
parameter again. If
the alarm persists,
contact Huawei
technical support.
Check the system
pressure, high
pressure switch, and
low pressure switch.
Check whether the
fan runs properly.
Contact Huawei
technical support if
necessary.
Check the voltage.
Check the power
cable connection.
