3.3.3 NetCol5000-A 25 kW

This section describes the components, operating environment, and technical specifications of
the NetCol5000-A 25 kW air cooled in-row precision air conditioner (NetCol5000-A in-row
precision air conditioner for short).

3.3.3.1 Composition

3.3.3.1.1 Indoor Unit Components

Dimensions
Dimensions (H x W x D) of the NetCol5000-A in standard configurations are 2000 mm x 300
mm x 1100 mm, as shown in Figure 3-48. The equipment depth can be extended to 1200 mm
by adding an enclosure frame to the front door.

Rapid elimination of hot spots: The power of the device can be detected to accelerate
respond speed of the air conditioner and by using the air inlet temperature, the partial hot
spots that may exist in the Smart Module can be eliminated.
Reliable operation: According to the load power, the number of operating air conditioner
is minimized to avoid frequent startup and shutdown of the air conditioner as well as
temperature fluctuation.
Collect information about layouts, temperature and humidity, and power of all devices in
the Smart Module.
Correlate the cabinet with the air conditioner in terms of airflow organization based on
the Smart Module layout.
Calculate heat dissipation of all devices in the Smart Module by using the device power,
after which the basic requirements of the cooling capacity can be determined. Then
roughly adjust the operating status of the air conditioner (determine the number of
operating air conditioners and initial rotational speed of the compressor).
To meet temperature requirements for the Smart Module, slightly adjust the operating
status of the air conditioner according to the deviation of cooling requirements calculated
by using the temperature distribution in the Smart Module.
When distributing cooling requirements for each air conditioner, minimize the power
consumption of the cooling system in the Smart Module with the help of energy
efficiency features of the air conditioner.
