6 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Cause
1. The water
overflow sensor
detects water or the
sensor is faulty.
2. The drainage
filter is blocked.
3. The drainpipe is
blocked.
4. The drain pump is
faulty.
5. The high liquid
level sensor is faulty.
The power supply
frequency exceeds
the upper threshold.
The power supply
frequency is below
the lower threshold.
Solution
1. While configuring the
water overflow sensor,
check and clear the
water source, and
maintain or replace the
sensor.
2. Clear the foreign
matter in the water pan
and filter.
3. Check that the
drainpipe is not blocked
or bent.
4. If the drain pump is
configured, check its
cable connections, clear
the foreign matter in it,
or replace it.
5. While configuring the
high liquid level sensor,
check its cable
connections, clear the
obstacles, or replace it.
Check the power supply
frequency, and ensure
that it is within the
working range.
