6 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Cause
1. Smoke is
generated in the
equipment room.
2. The cables to the
smoke sensor are
loose or damaged.
3. The smoke sensor
is faulty.
1. The temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors are
located in
inappropriate
positions.
2. The thermal load
power is high or the
cooling capacity is
insufficient.
3. The ambient
temperature exceeds
the upper threshold.
4. The high
temperature alarm
threshold is
inappropriate.
5. The value
detected by the
temperature sensor
or temperature and
humidity sensor is
different from the
actual value.
6. The chilled water
flow is insufficient,
or the supply water
temperature is high.
7. The chilled water
valve is stuck or
faulty.
Solution
1. Expel smoke from the
equipment room and
reset the smoke sensor.
2. Check the cables to
the smoke sensor.
3. Maintain or replace
the smoke sensor.
1. Adjust the positions
of the temperature
sensors or temperature
and humidity sensors.
2. Add air conditioners
or contact Huawei
technical support.
3. Measure the ambient
temperature. Check
whether other causes
exist if the alarm
persists in a long time
after startup.
4. Adjust the high
temperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature sensor
or temperature and
humidity sensor.
6. Check the pressure
and temperature of
chilled water.
7. Maintain or replace
the chilled water valve.
