6 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Cause
1. Air filters are
blocked or dirty.
2. The differential
pressure switch is
faulty.
3. An inappropriate
threshold is set for
the differential
pressure switch.
4. The pressure tube
of the differential
pressure switch is
blocked or
disconnected.
5. The cables to the
differential pressure
switch are loose or
damaged.
The accumulated
runtime of the air
filter exceeds the
alarm threshold.
The power supply is
cut off.
The input power
cables of the PSU
are loose or
damaged.
1. The remote
shutdown dry
contact is triggered.
2. The cables to the
remote shutdown
dry contact are
loose or damaged.
Solution
1. Maintain or replace
the air filters.
2. Replace the
differential pressure
switch.
3. Adjust the threshold
set for the differential
pressure switch.
4. Dredge or replace the
pressure tube.
5. Check the cables to
the differential pressure
switch.
Maintain or replace the
air filter and clear the
accumulated runtime.
If power failure occurs
on the power system,
no maintenance is
needed. If it occurs in
other places, check the
power supply cables.
Check the input power
cables of the PSU.
1. Check the status of
the remote shutdown
dry contact.
2. Check the cables to
the remote shutdown
dry contact.
