6 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Cause
1. The indoor fan is
faulty.
2. The cable to the
Indoor fan is not
connected properly.
3. The power supply
to the Indoor fan is
abnormal.
The power supply is
faulty.
1. The cables to the
water inlet solenoid
valve are loose or
damaged.
2. The water inlet
solenoid valve is
faulty.
1. The differential
pressure sensor
cable is loose or
damaged.
2. The pressure tube
of the differential
pressure sensor is
reversely connected.
3. The differential
pressure sensor is
faulty.
Wizard startup is in
progress.
1. Contained aisles
are poorly-sealed.
2. The differential
pressure sensor is
faulty.
Solution
1. Maintain or replace
the Indoor fan.
2. Check the cable
connection to the
Indoor fan.
3. Check the power
supply to the Indoor
fan.
Check the power supply.
1. Check the cables to
the water inlet solenoid
valve.
2. Replace the water
inlet solenoid valve.
1. Check the cable
connection to the
differential pressure
sensor.
2. Check the tube
connection to the
differential pressure
sensor.
3. Maintain or replace
the differential pressure
sensor.
Wait until wizard
startup is complete or
clear the Wizard startup
in progress alarm
manually to exit wizard
startup.
1. Check that the cold
and hot aisles are well-
sealed.
2. Maintain or replace
the differential pressure
sensor.
