When installing mechanical parts such as racks and HD displays, install the center one,
then the left and right ones.
When installing mechanical parts, partially fasten the screws to locate all the parts correctly,
and then fully fasten them using a rechargeable battery-powered electric screwdriver. The
recommended torque is 12 N·m.
Description
Insert a screw into a screw hole, and tighten the screw halfway using a
screwdriver.
The heads of common screws protrude from the surface objects into which
they are driven, resulting in an uneven surface finish. Countersunk screws'
heads are shaped to be driven into a recess on the surface of the object to
which the screw is driven, resulting in the top of the head of the screw sitting
flush with the surface.
Self-tapping screws have large pitches and cut their own threads when driven
into objects. Screws of this type are mainly used to connect and secure
surfaces with thinner cross-sections.
The fixture is a tool used to determine the locations of parts in relation to
each other during assembly.
