    The TP3206 provides the ultimate conference experience, linking sites across the globe together. The TP3206, TP3218, and TP3218S have similar functions. The TP3206 and the TP3218 have different quantities of chair rows, tabletop displays, and microphones. The TP3218 and the TP3218S have different quantities of local microphones and second-row tabletop displays.

    To ensure system security, it is recommended that you enable HTTPS, enable the SiteCall HTTPS mode, disable the Telnet user account, and change your login password the first time you log in to the system. To perform the preceding operations, log in to the Telepresence System Manager as the super administrator. Changing Your Login Password It is recommended that you change your login password the first time you log in to the system.

    Using the Telepresence System Manager, you can configure and control devices in the telepresence system.     Step 1 After the wireless connection is successful, start the telepresence host. The connection dialog box is displayed on the touch panel. If you forget this password, select Huawei Telepresence from the touch panel's application list and tap Clear Data. After you remove the custom data, you must set the connection parameters again to connect to the telepresence host.

    P2P call with If this option is selected, the system preferentially places a priority point-to-point call to a site. If this option is selected, and the TP3206 is in a conference, the Presentation TP3206 automatically shares a presentation when a presentation plug-and-share source is plugged in.

    From the Telepresence System Manager, define multiple conferences. These conferences are favorite conferences. Synchronize the conferences to the touch panel.     Born by the standard IP protocol, the IMS uses voice over IP (VoIP) applications, which is based on the standard SIP applications of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), to provide fixed and mobile multimedia services for carriers. The Huawei IMS videoconferencing solution can integrate with Multipoint Control Units (MCUs) to provide HD video conference functions.
