the link is open, and 0 indicates that the link is
closed.
Possible Error Information
+CME ERROR: Normal error
Description
Initialize the internal protocol stack.
Create a link.
Set the transparent transmission mode to time-
and length-based transmission mode.
Set the timer for triggering transparent
transmission to 10s (100 x 0.1s).
Set the TCP/UDP MSS to 1220 bytes.
Enable transparent transmission mode.
