Only one server is supported by the internal protocol stack.
The internal protocol stack must be initialized before you create a listen server.
Possible Error Information
+CME ERROR: The network
has not been opened yet
+CME ERROR: The server
has been established already
+CME ERROR: Fail to bind
the specified port with server

Internal Protocol Stack Application Scenarios
Solution
Run ^IPINIT to initialize the
internal protocol stack, and
then create the listen
server.
A listen server already
exists. Run
AT^IPCLOSE=6 to close
the existing listen server.
The local port is in use.
Change the port and re-
send the command.
Description
Initialize the internal protocol stack.
Use a specified IP address to connect
to the remote server and establish a
TCP link. For the method to create UDP
links link, refer to the AT command
document.
Use a specified domain name to
connect to the remote server and
establish a TCP link.
Query link information.
