This parameter sets the number of telegrams which can be sent
by the device within a period.
Note
It counts the number of telegrams sent within a parameterised period.
As soon as the maximum number of sent telegrams is reached, no further
telegrams are sent on the bus until the end of the period. A new period
commences at the end of the previous period. The telegram counter is
reset to zero and sending of telegrams is allowed again. The current
object value is always sent at the time of transmission.
