Planning and application
As an example, short operating instructions for output A are listed for
artificial lighting calibration:
Implementation
Artificial lighting calibration
1.
Checking the Light
Sensor
1a.
Check the Light Sensor
position.

Light Sensor.
2.
Deactivate lighting
control
3.
Slaves must be
actively integrated into
the lighting.
4.
Dim room lighting.
5.
Set the artificial lighting
so that the setpoint
brightness is set to the
reference point.
The Light Sensor
should be positioned
above the reference
surface.
6.
Switch calibration
object to ready to
receive.
7.
Initiate artificial lighting
calibration.
8.
End artificial lighting
calibration.
1)
Before the artificial lighting calibration ensure that the luminaries feature a constantly reproducible dimming
performance during dimming. For this purpose the burn-in time
must be considered and already completed. Consider also that some fluorescent lamps only develop their
full lighting intensity after a few seconds.
2)
Interference of the artificial lighting calibration caused by daylight has the effect that the Light Controller
assumes that the illumination can produce a larger brightness level than is actually the case. The Light
Controller will set a lower level of brightness in control operation.
