Update type
The frequency with which data is copied from the
instrument's internal memory to the removable storage
media.
Digital update source
The digital update source is used to archive all unarchived
data from the instrument's internal memory to the removable
media.
Note. Archive file rates are displayed only if Advanced
A
configuration is selected. When Basic configuration is
selected the Archive Sample Rate is fixed at the 'Primary
data sample rate' – see Section 4.5.1.
Archive File Primary rate, Secondary rate
The archive file rate is the interval at which data stored in the
instrument's internal memory is sampled and archived to
removable media.

Selection between the primary and secondary archive
sample rates is determined by the recording channel the
archive sample rate is linked to – see Fig. 4.9.
Select the archive file format required – Text format or Binary
format.
Note. The
