Note. The Internal Security Switch is used only if 'Configuration security' is set to 'Internal switch protected' – see
Section 4.4.3.

the jacking screw securing
the instrument to the case.
Remove tamper-proof

seal, if fitted

access the switch if 'Configuration security' is set to 'Password protected' (default setting).
Withdraw the

instrument from the
case

Set the yellow Security switch to the

'Configuration Level Not Protected' position

Refit the instrument to the case

and secure with the jacking screw
Re-apply power to the

instrument and wait for
the Operator Level to display
Access the Configuration Level

remains in the position closest to
the rear of the instrument.
