1. CONFIGURE THE RELAYS USING THE DEVICE SETUP MENU, ensuring the relay
firmware is version 1.40 or higher and that the relay includes either the 2E or 3E
option in its order code.
2. CREATE AN OFFLINE SITE AND ADD THE DEVICE SETTINGS FILES:
Note that an additional tree labeled IEC61850 Devices is also created. This is a place
holder for non-3-Series CID files so that all project-related files can be located within
one site.
