Adjust broom cable nut to acheive .125" space to pully

arm stop.
Clutch cable run to outside of handle bracket then to
2
inside of broom level cable.
Clutch lever setting is .25" (1/4") between handle and
3
lever, total clearance between any two points with cable
taught.
Traction and broom levers items must pivot freely after
4
handles are bolted together and before connecting
springs and cables.
