2. Press p or q to display the General Setup option, and then press OK.
3. Press p or q to display the LCD Contrast option, and then press OK.
4. Press   or p q to select a level of contrast, and then press OK.
5. Press Cancel.

Reduce Toner Consumption

You can reduce toner consumption using this feature.
We DO NOT recommend using the Toner Save feature for printing photo or grayscale images.
When you set Toner Save to On, print appears lighter.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press p or q to display the General Setup option, and then press OK.
3. Press p or q to display the Ecology option, and then press OK.
4. Press p or q to display the Toner Save option, and then press OK.
5. Press p or q to display the On or Off option, and then press OK.
6. Press Cancel.

Set the Continue Mode

The Continue Mode forces the machine to continue printing after the control panel displayed Replace Toner
indication.
The machine will continue printing until the LCD displays Toner Ended indication.
The factory setting is Stop.
NOTE: When the control panel indicates an error, you cannot change the mode .
NOTE: If you continue printing in the Continue Mode, we cannot guarantee the print quality .
NOTE: While using Continue Mode the print may appear faint .
NOTE: After replacing the toner cartridge with a new one, the Continue Mode will go back to the default setting
(Stop) .

2. Press p or q to display the General Setup option, and then press OK.
3. Press p or q to display the Replace Toner option, and then press OK.
4. Press p or q to display the Continue or Stop option, and then press OK.
5. Press Cancel.
