Rear Brake Caliper Disassembly - Honda CRF450X 2005 Service Manual

Remove the rear wheel (page 15-8).
Sl ide the brake cal iper and bracket assembly back-
ward and pull it off o f the slide rail on the 5wingarm.
Remove the brake hose oil bolt, seal ing washers
and brake hose eyelet.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the bolts and brake disc cover.
Remove the caliper bracket from the ca liper body.
Remove the brake pad spring from the caliper body.
Remove the brake pad retainer from the caliper
bracket.
Remove the caliper pin boot and bracket pin boot.
