At the command prompt, type:
telnet <IP address>
where
Login prompt appears.

At the Login prompt, type Administrat0r (note the zero character in the string),
and then press Enter.

At the Password prompt, type AdminPassw0rd (note the zero character in the
string), and then press Enter.

At the telnet> prompt, type cli, and then press Enter. The CLI> command
prompt appears.
