Disconnect the front brake cable and the
brake
torque link.

3. Disconnect the speedometer cable from the
speedometer gear box .
4. Remove the 8 mm nuts w hich support the lower
axle holder on both the right and left sides.
The wheel will then drop aw ay from the fork.
5. Remove the front wheel axle nut and pull
out the axle . The speedometer. gear box and
brake panel can be separated from the front
wheel.

6. Remove the panel, bearing retainer, two 6302 Z
ball bearings, front axle distance collar and dis
assemble the front wheel hub.
