Pressure alarm analysis

For a valid measurement the internal pressure in the sensor block P I must be
0.15 bar ±0.015 bar higher than the ambient pressure P U. If the internal pressure
differs to much, the right LED starts flashing. The error list contains PI lower alarm
limit or PI upper alarm limit. This may be due to the following reasons:
During commissioning, there may be a faulty transmission of the pressure
l
sensor or an invalid setting of the pressure controller. Both components are
located on the sensor block. First
(p. 251) to locate the error.
After a long period of operation, blockages can be the cause, recognizable e.g.
l
by an reduced flow. Inform Honeywell.
