Enable or Disable Noise Removal with the Phone Web Page

Before you begin
Ensure that your administrator grants you permission to enable or disable the noise removal feature. Otherwise,
the parameter Noise Removal doesn't display on the phone web page.
Procedure
Step 1
On the phone web page, click User Login > Voice > User.
Step 2
In the Acoustic Setting section, set Noise Removal to Yes to enable the feature.
If you don't want your phone to remove the background noises in a call or meeting, set Noise Removal to
No.
Step 3
Click Submit All Changes.

You may have to reboot your phone for a software upgrade or other changes to take effect. Your settings or
other customizations do not change.
Procedure
Step 1
Press Applications
Step 2
Select Device administration > Restart.
Step 3
Select OK to confirm that you want to reboot your phone.
