2. Position and align the blades.
If installing combination blades (d), orient the blades as shown in the diagram
and align the screw holes. This positions the raised edge of each blade correctly
for the rotation of each rotor.
If installing finish blades, simply align the screw holes. Blade orientation is not
critical with finish blades.
3. Coat the screw threads with bearing grease. A grease coating will prevent wet
concrete from cementing the screws in place. This step will also make blade
removal easier in the future.
4. Install the screws and tighten securely. Do not overtighten.
Result
The blades have now been changed.
