[4] TROUBLE SHOOT
Whenever you find any trouble in your machine, first, refer to this list to check the machine for solution.
Note in Repairing
(1) Leave the machine at least 5 minutes after disconnecting from power source,
or removing batteries from the machine to discharge electricity completely from
Controller for protecting worker from electric shock.
(2) Use the full charged battery that has a star mark. (Fig. T-1)
(3) Do the running test each 10 times in Cordless tool mode and A/C tool mode.
(4) Make sure that the voltage of power source corresponds to description of voltage
on the name plate, when making test the machine in AC mode.
(5) When Housing is disassembled, check the conditions of the electrical parts
(Connectors, Lead wires, Switches, Terminals etc.), Motor assembly, etc.
(6) Make operation test both in Cordless tool mode and in A/C tool mode, after repairing.
