Cisco Nexus 7000 Series IP SLAs Commands

history filter

To define the type of information kept in the history table for a Cisco NX-OS IP Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) operation, use the history filter command. To return to the default value, use the no
form of this command.
Syntax Description

overThreshold

No IP SLAs history is kept for an operation.

Usage Guidelines
Use the history filter command to control what gets stored in the history table for an IP SLAs operation.
To control how much history gets saved in the history table, use the history lives-kept, history
buckets-kept, and the samples-of-history-kept commands.
This command does not require a license.
Examples
This example shows how to collect only the operation packets that have failed and are kept in the history
table:
switch(config)# ip sla 1
switch(config-ip-sla)# udp-echo 192.199.199.2 1
switch(config-ip-sla-udp)# history filter failures
switch(config-ip-sla-udp)#
